Listing and Proposal Rules

1. Listings must describe a genuine need with a clear technical scope.
2. Proposals must include total price, currency, estimated duration and scope notes.
3. Users cannot post or bid before completing their profile.
4. Do not place phone numbers, email addresses or direct contact details in proposal text.
5. Contact details are shared only after a proposal is accepted.
6. Listings may be reviewed by an administrator before publication.
7. Misleading, duplicate, discriminatory, unlawful or spam content may be removed and accounts may be suspended.
8. Contracts, payment, taxes, professional licensing, delivery and disputes remain the parties’ responsibility.
