• Name, email, company, profession, location and expertise
• Listings, proposals, prices, schedules and transaction history
• Technical records needed for session security and service operation

How information is used

Information supports account management, marketplace workflows, security, administration and transactional email. Resend provides email delivery; Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure.

Contact privacy

Names, email addresses and direct contact details are hidden between parties until a proposal is accepted. Administrators may access records for security and dispute review.

Retention and security

Information is retained as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Passwords are stored as secure cryptographic hashes.
